These terms are designed to create clarity, set expectations, and protect both you and our team.

Our programs are educational and coaching-based in nature.

We do not provide:

• medical care
• medical advice
• psychotherapy
• therapy or counseling
• mental health treatment
• diagnosis or treatment of medical conditions

Participation in Revitalize Her does not establish a therapist–client, medical provider–patient, or clinical treatment relationship.

If you require medical or mental health care, please consult a licensed provider in your state.

Every woman’s body, hormones, and lifestyle are different.

While many clients experience meaningful improvements in weight, energy, and symptoms, individual results are not guaranteed.

Your results depend on many factors including consistency, effort, health history, and adherence to recommendations.

Revitalize Her does not guarantee specific outcomes.

By enrolling in our program, you acknowledge that:

• you are voluntarily participating
• you are responsible for your own health decisions
• you will consult your physician before beginning any nutrition or exercise program
• you will follow guidance safely and within your own limits

You agree to communicate honestly with your coach and take personal responsibility for your participation.

Payment is required prior to the start of services unless otherwise agreed upon through an approved payment plan.

We offer:

• pay-in-full options
• monthly payment plans
• financing through third-party providers
• HSA/FSA payments (when eligible)

All major credit cards are accepted.
A small processing fee applies to credit card transactions.

Financing providers (including CareCredit and Affirm) determine their own approval terms, rates, and repayment schedules independently of Revitalize Her.

Due to the personalized nature of coaching services, all sales are final.

We do not offer refunds for:

• unused time
• missed calls
• partial participation
• change of mind

If you experience extenuating circumstances, please contact our team directly and we will review on a case-by-case basis.

Clients are responsible for attending scheduled calls and participating actively in the program.

Missed sessions may not be rescheduled without prior notice.

Program timelines continue regardless of missed participation.

Revitalize Her provides services through online platforms, apps, and digital tools.

While we strive for uninterrupted access, we cannot guarantee continuous availability due to circumstances beyond our control (internet outages, software issues, etc.).

Access to program materials is intended for enrolled clients only and may not be shared, copied, or distributed.

All content, materials, plans, videos, and resources provided by Revitalize Her are proprietary and for personal use only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or share materials without written permission.

By participating in our services, you agree that Revitalize Her and its team are not liable for:

• injuries
• health complications
• losses or damages
• outcomes resulting from participation

Participation is voluntary and at your own risk.

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
